Overview
We’re looking for a driven, dependable Shift Supervisor who can lead from the front, hold a team accountable, and deliver a standout customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take ownership of results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead shifts and confidently act as Manager on Duty

  • Coach team members in real-time to improve performance and sales

  • Set the tone for customer experience and team energy

  • Drive daily sales goals and support store performance

  • Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven retail experience with strong customer service skills

  • Prior leadership or keyholder experience preferred

  • Comfortable giving direction, feedback, and holding others accountable

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of ownership

  • Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure

  • Flexible availability, including weekends
