Apple is looking for an experienced, dynamic leader of Product and Program Management to join the Apple Store Online Team. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.

In this role, you will lead a high performing team that focuses on products that deliver significant commercial value for our organization and support strategic Apple initiatives. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom, and various Engineering teams. Lead a team that drives the product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities
Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
Build and lead an effective team via hiring and team skill and culture development
Translate a broad platform vision into a sequenced, dependency-aware roadmap - anticipating how today's decisions shape tomorrow's capabilities
Stay hands-on: dive into the details and actively remove technical, business, and organizational roadblocks that slow the team down
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers
Highly skilled at building a strong team culture with a focus on team and individual development
Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, and deep learning to digital commerce - e.g., personalization, search/recommendations, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proven track record of shipping internet-scale services end to end - especially e-commerce platforms - from concept through launch and ongoing operation
Deep, hands-on technical fluency: able to read system designs, evaluate trade-offs, and engage credibly with engineers on web technologies, large-scale distributed/service architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines
Working understanding of how modern e-commerce platforms are built - including microservices, payment and checkout systems, catalog/inventory services, and platform scalability and reliability
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or relevant professional experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,700 and $276,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
