Implements monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities for AV operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deploy and manage remote monitoring solutions
Enable proactive alerting and incident detection
Support automation and self-healing initiatives
Integrate AV monitoring with ITSM tools and dashboards
Provide SLA performance insights and reporting
