Now Hiring: Automation Engineer | $102K–$125K

I’m currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to lead high-impact automation initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on improving efficiency through the design and implementation of advanced automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize automation systems, including robotics
  • Lead projects from concept through production deployment
  • Troubleshoot automation equipment, controls, and PLCs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of automation or controls experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with robotics, PLCs, and automated systems
  • Experience in high-volume or precision manufacturing environments
