Job Summary:

The role involves supporting the Temporal Workflow Platform in a production environment and collaborating with development and DevOps teams to enhance automation and streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in supporting Temporal Workflow Platform in production environment.
• Proficiency with Terraform Cloud and Ansible AAP platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting Golang for automation and debugging.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to onboard new applications and workflows onto Temporal.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline platform operations
• Support integration of Temporal workflows with other cloud services and infrastructure components
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in python, YAML, PowerShell, Shell for Infrastructure Automation.
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis, handle L2/L3 escalations, and troubleshoot platform failures.
• Understanding compliance standards, platform hardening, and best‑practice governance.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
