Job description

Responsibilities include managing the HR function for two plant sites, one located in Whitley County and the other in Noble County Indiana. Duties include HR Administration, employee relations, health & safety, recruitment and retention, dissemination of policies and procedures, and employee benefits.

Requirements include:

Prefer a B.S. Degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Leadership

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the HR function

Demonstrated success with excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to plan and execute, direct and control daily activities and a demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize tasks.

Experience with EP systems, desktop PC applications and software.
