Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop supervisors, managers, and frontline leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Demonstrated success improving operational performance, developing people, leading organizational change, and driving continuous improvement.
