What You’ll Do
  • Set molds, start up machines, and troubleshoot injection molding processes
  • Keep machines running—maximize uptime and eliminate downtime
  • Identify root cause issues and fix them fast
  • Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap
  • Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus)
  • Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput
  • Respond to quality and production issues in real time
  • Maintain process documentation and standards

What You Bring
  • Proven experience setting molds and running injection molding processes

  • Solid understanding of resins and processing fundamentals

  • 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability

  • Experience with 3-axis robotics/programming is a plus

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay current with evolving technology

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent use of hands for handling, adjusting, and operating equipment
