Process Technician
Injection Molding Technician
Our client, a well established manufacturing company that specializes in plastic components, is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join their growing team on a full time basis.
Requirements:
Manage and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure efficient production
Maintain molds and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Set up molds and adjust processes for optimal performance
Ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing floor with safety and quality in mind
Gain exposure to all facets of the manufacturing process
Opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to continuous improvement
Develop skills and grow knowledge in plastic manufacturing
Maintain high attention to detail and dedication to quality throughout production
Familiarity with machine shop equipment is a plus; training available if needed
Requirements:
+5 years of Injection Molding Experience
Experienced with machinery set up, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Able to maintain and repair molds a major plus
