REO Plastics, Inc. is a progressive, ISO certified Custom Injection Molding Company that has been in business for 60 years serving several markets in the Manufacturing Industry.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our growing Company as a Material Handler. Position Summary:
The Material Handler will provide a constant flow of raw material to injection presses in the Production area and any auxiliary equipment to achieve maximum productivity.
Key Tasks:
  • Mix resin as directed.
  • Place grinder at each press.
  • Have material and auxiliary equipment properly tagged for use.
  • Pull and clean hoppers and grinders at job's completion.
  • Monitor dryers as needed.
  • Must be able to set-up and troubleshoot all material auxiliary equipment.
  • Must understand 5-S and Lean Manufacturing concept.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe.
  • Use 5-S suggestion form for set-up, process, or other improvements.
  • Must have knowledge of plastic product material handling.
  • Must be able to drive a forklift.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have an aptitude for basic math.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to take direction from Supervisors/Manager
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
