Position Summary: 
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual who is eager to build technical skills in injection molding and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to learning how to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, follows structured processes, and is looking to grow into more advanced technician responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support setup, cleaning, and operation of injection molding machines according to established process parameters
  • Follow and accurately document setup, validation, and quality check requirements
  • Perform and record quality inspections at required AQL intervals
  • Clean machines, tooling, and work areas according to defined procedures
  • Operate equipment as needed to support production goals
  • Assist in achieving daily and weekly production targets while minimizing scrap and yield loss
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout each shift
  • Work assigned day or night shifts based on production needs
  • Participate in training and development to build advanced technician skills over time
  • Follow all safety requirements and company policies, including tobacco-free facility guidelines

Qualifications & Traits for Success: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior manufacturing experience (especially injection molding) is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
  • Strong safety awareness and respect for structured processes
  • Ability to read basic prints and use hand measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

Work Environment / Schedule: 
This role is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment and involves standing for extended periods and working with hands-on equipment throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The standard schedule includes 8–12-hour shifts with flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on production needs.
