Job description

This position is for a 1st shift machine operator at very modern clean  plastic injection molding factory in Southington CT.  Full Time Injection Molding Machine Operator needed for 1st Shift (7am-3pm). The Machine Operator will run the machinery to produce plastic parts, ensuring quality through monitoring production, conducting inspections for defects, and performing basic maintenance. You will also prepare finished products for shipping in a fast-paced, industrial, or manufacturing setting. Previous injection molding experience helpful but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tool. Ability to handle physical workload. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
