We are currently looking for an experienced Process Technician to join the Bloem team.  This person must have experience troubleshooting injection molding machines and completing line-side process adjustments on molds.  This person needs to be flexible and able to adjust their work schedule as business needs.  This could be day shift, night shift, and/or some weekend coverage.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Set up and effectively operate a variety of injection molding machines and completing line-side process adjustments.
  • Complete assigned mold changes in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide technical assistance to Production, Tooling and QC departments.
  • Change, hook up, and adjust end of arm tooling; replace suction cups, vacuum lines, broken arm segments, etc.
  • Troubleshoot injection mold process issues and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure cycle times and part quality goals are being met on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Always adhering to workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications/Physical Demands:

  • 3+ years' experience troubleshooting injection molding machines.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Experience with manufacturing software (WMS).
  • Ability to problem-solve and continuously improve quality and productivity.
  • Ability to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with department personnel.
  • Ability to perform manual labor and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a hot temperature environment.
