Injection Molding Process Technician
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Type: Full-time, OPEN ALL 3 SHIFTS
Join us at Landscape Products Inc. as an Injection Molding Process Technician. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet quality standards while continuously improving operational efficiency.
OPEN ALL 3 SHIFTS:
3:00 p.m. to 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently
  • Troubleshoot injection molding equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Troubleshoot material handling equipment
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document and report any deviations or defects found during inspections.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
  • Work with engineers and maintenance staff to resolve technical problems.
  • Suggest and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and process changes.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, production metrics, and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding process status and issues.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
