Job description

Champion Personnel is currently seeking a Rubber Injection Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio.
Starting Pay: $20.60/hr
$0.50 Raise Upon Hire
Additional $0.50 Raise After 60 Days
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday - Thursday
This position is temporary for 45 days, after which qualified employees will be hired directly into the union.
Requirements:
• Must have recent factory/manufacturing experience
• Rubber or plastic injection molding experience preferred
• Stable work history - no job hoppers
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must be able to bend frequently throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment
