Job Summary
The CCX (Coextruded) Operator is a skilled manufacturing technician responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machinery used to process plastic materials into customized film structures. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup
Install specified dies, cutters, and processing components according to production specifications and blueprint dimensions.
Process Monitoring
Adjust and monitor operating parameters including temperature settings, hydraulic pressure, and extrusion speed to ensure product quality.
Quality Control
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify products meet strict quality and tolerance standards.
Post-Extrusion Processing
Operate cooling tables, stretchers, and industrial saws to straighten, process, and cut materials to required lengths.
Equipment Maintenance
Clean dies, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and replace worn components to minimize downtime.
