Commercial HVAC Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

Help keep our projects running by ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver HVAC equipment, ductwork, materials, and tools to commercial job sites
  • Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Pull and stage materials for upcoming projects
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Assist fabrication and field crews as needed
  • Maintain warehouse organization and company vehicles
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Ideal candidates have:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
  • Warehouse, construction, or commercial HVAC experience preferred
