Headquartered in Billings, Montana, with manufacturing facilities in Wyoming, we provide high-quality solutions worldwide.
We are seeking a Plant Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design, optimize, and implement production systems that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability while supporting long-term operational excellence. This position plays a key role in capital project execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts
  • Design and implement production systems that improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability
  • Lead and execute capital projects from concept through installation
  • Apply best practices, new technologies, and industry trends
  • Provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams
  • Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives

Qualifications
  • B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering required
  • 1-5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 2D/3D CAD modeling
  • Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, controls, and mechanical equipment layout
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Frequent travel: valid driver's license required.

Work Environment
  • Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
  • Ability to work around heights, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and comply with all safety and PPE requirements.
