• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and caregivers to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families to reinforce progress beyond the therapy sessions.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations, providing comprehensive continuity of care during each patient's healing journey.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through advanced training and teamwork with peers.

Education

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved.

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA is desirable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first 30 days of employment.
