Job description

The Baily finished goods packing employee is a critical component of the company's success and works in a hands-on capacity with the finished product to ensure customer expectations are met or
exceeded. These employees' work directly with the line supervisor and related employees to ensure product quality and customer expectations are met.
Position Title: Finished Goods Packer
Position Reports To: Line Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time
Essential Job Functions:
โ€ข Responsible to properly count, fill, and weigh all finished product cases to ensure the correct count and/or weight
โ€ข Ensure that the work area is always maintained in a clean and safe manner
โ€ข Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately
โ€ข Notify the supervisor and/or maintenance in the event of a breakdown or mechanical issue
โ€ข Follow all cGMP's and HACCP procedures
โ€ข Assist with the set up and/or breakdown of production equipment when required by supervision
โ€ข Report all pertinent information to the supervisor or plant manager and preform additional duties that may be assigned by management
Skills Required for this Position:
โ€ข Ability to understand procedures and policies
โ€ข Work as a team in fast paced environment
โ€ข Quality oriented and minded
โ€ข Work with little supervision when required
โ€ข Ability to read scales and metal detector
โ€ข Ability to perform basic math
Experience:
โ€ข Preferred food plant production experience, but not required
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent
