Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Rensselaer, Indiana manufacturing facility, you will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and manage improvement in plant performance by identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and ensuring continuous improvement.
