Kimberly-Clark is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Plant Manager and contribute to a performance culture focused on innovation and sustainability. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating events, handling communications, and serving as a public relations liaison.

In this role, you will:

  • Provides skilled administrative services to the Plant Managerincludinggeneral office work, taking/screening calls; organizing/maintainingcalendars; booking rooms/setting appointments;maintainingoffice equipment; stock/order supplies, andapprovingall visitor passes.
  • Arranges and coordinates special meetings/events for both visitors and plant employees.
  • Ability to compose correspondence and communication from general instructions.
  • Generatereports and track metrics as requested. May develop working tools, such as spreadsheets and data entry tools.
  • Administer plant systems asrequired.
  • Acts as the Public Relations liaisoninternaland external to Kimberly-Clark.Handlescontribution, donation, and sponsorship requests.
  • Manage the Plant bulletin boards, including required readingboard.

Salary Range: 57,640 - 68,120 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position is eligible for overtime pay and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
