Full-time

Job description

About Us

Camali Corp keeps Southern California's most critical facilities running - hospitals, data centers, biotech labs, and government sites. We install and maintain the UPS power systems and precision cooling (CRAC) that these operations can't afford to lose. We're a technically-driven, family-run company with a reputation built on reliability and deep expertise.
The Role

You'll own outbound pipeline generation. Working from targeted lead lists, you'll reach facilities managers, plant operations directors, and IT/data center leads across healthcare, enterprise, data center, and public-sector accounts. Your job is to open the door and book qualified meetings - our senior team handles the technical close. You'll be equipped with scripts, talk tracks, and a crash course in our services so you can speak credibly to technical buyers from day one. This is a ground-floor role with room to grow as we build out the sales function.
What You'll Do

  • Run high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to provided prospect lists
  • Get past gatekeepers and engage facilities and IT decision-makers with confidence
  • Qualify prospects and identify preventive maintenance opportunities for UPS, cooling, and cabling systems
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for our technical and ownership team to close
  • Keep clean pipeline and activity records in CRM
What You Bring

  • 2+ years B2B outbound sales, ideally into facilities, IT, operations, or industrial buyers
  • A hunter's mentality - you like the dial, the chase, and the booked meeting
  • Sharp enough to learn technical concepts fast and speak to them credibly (we train the specifics - you bring the aptitude and coachability)
  • Strong phone presence and disciplined follow-up
  • SoCal-based
Nice to Have

  • Experience selling maintenance contracts, facilities services, or into data center / healthcare verticals
  • Exposure to UPS, HVAC/CRAC, or critical power/cooling systems
Compensation

Competitive base salary + commission tied to booked meetings that convert to signed contracts.
