Job description

Advancing Eco-Agriculture is a rapidly growing specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture consulting company. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate at our Aurora Facility located at 2255 North Pagosa Street, 80011.
As a Warehouse Associate at Advancing Eco-Agriculture, you will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work closely with Manufacturing as well as Shipping and Receiving. As a team we actively work together to ensure that any and all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
  • Accurate weighing and measuring of liquid product
  • Prepare and load products for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Assist in managing inventory and conducting regular inventory counts
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to company procedures and protocols for handling and storing products
  • Assist with any other warehouse-related tasks as needed

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and production
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
