The AI Manager is responsible for executing the company's AI initiatives by transforming leadership's vision, priorities, and business objectives into operational AI solutions. This role is highly execution-focused.

This includes configuring AI platforms, developing automations, deploying new tools, refining prompts and workflows, integrating systems, testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring AI capabilities continue to evolve alongside business needs.

The remaining portion of the role focuses on governance, compliance, documentation, team coordination, and providing recommendations that improve efficiency and support leadership's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the CEO's and leadership team's AI strategy through hands-on implementation.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and operational systems.
  • Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Configure, integrate, and optimize AI platforms and third-party applications.
  • Develop and continuously refine prompts, agents, automations, templates, and knowledge bases.
  • Fine-tune existing AI systems to improve performance, reliability, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Monitor AI workflows to ensure they remain functional, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve implementation challenges, and proactively improve existing solutions.
  • Expand AI capabilities by identifying opportunities to automate additional business processes.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and standard operating procedures for implemented AI systems.
  • Ensure AI solutions remain scalable, organized, and maintainable over time.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously evaluate implemented AI solutions and make enhancements based on business feedback.

Education

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, data analytics, or AI-related roles.
  • 2+ years of leadership or project management experience.
  • Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, automation, and large language models.
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Gemini, Azure AI, or Amazon Bedrock.
  • Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, privacy regulations, and AI ethics.
