Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming technology assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and related IT equipment.
- Support daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring timely movement of materials.
- Accurately sort materials by vendor, model, and serial number to maintain organized inventory flow. Identify, label, and track assets through internal inventory management systems.
- Inspect and handle computer hardware to identify model types, specifications, and condition.
- Stage materials for departments such as Receiving, Audit, Repair, and Shipping. Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware (Laptops, Notebooks, Tablets, Servers, etc.)
- Experience in sorting and tracking materials preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy; ideally, experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use bar-code scanners and inventory systems.
- Forklift Certification or experience desired.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely and frequently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting throughout the shift.
- Experience in ITAD, electronics, or computer refurbishing environments preferred.
