Support Youth. Empower Families. Change Lives - Become a Care Coordination Services Consultant for the Early Head Start program in New Orleans

Full-Time

Pay: $20-22/hour
Schedule - Monday-Friday but must be available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on your family's needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management services

  • Coordinate community resources for youth and families

  • Support families in navigating child welfare, mental health, education, and justice systems

  • Monitor service plans, provide crisis intervention, and promote permanency planning

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required

  • 1+ year of experience working with children and families

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills

  • Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of the job required.

  • Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.

  • Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non-traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

  • Additional education or experience may be required due to state or contractual requirements.

  • Florida: Must be a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

  • Must manage emotionally challenging situations

  • Travel to homes and community settings required

  • Must meet all Boys Town driving, safety, and training requirement
