POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Project Manager at Pharis Design, you will be responsible for Managing landscape architectural tasks, project schedules, and consultant coordination for projects from due diligence through final development under a Senior PM or Principal
A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:
  • Addresses unusual, complex problems with general guidance, showing technical expertise and the ability to find design solutions that meet the project requirements.
  • Exhibits camaraderie and leadership with teammates to achieve high-quality, client focused solutions
  • Supervises and manages deliverables from sub-consultants to client
  • Ability to speak effectively and present information before groups of clients, co-workers, and stakeholders
  • Plans, schedules, conducts, and/or coordinates detailed phases of projects with minor to moderate scope
  • Has broad knowledge of fundamentals in specialty area and good knowledge of principles and practices in related specialties
  • Develops work plans, scopes, and budgets, including revision, acceleration, or deceleration of a project. Coordinates and completes billing and project budget-related monitoring
  • Should have at least three years of experience working as a task lead
  • Assembles and innovates pursuit submissions, including development of organizational structure of teaming partners and team members
  • Masters appropriate procedures and specifications for complex issues and project-related tasks
  • Performs QA/QC procedures and applies basic business practice and laws related to area of practice

  • PLA preferred, with a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited University.

  • 5+ years experience in landscape architecture.
