Job description

DESCRIPTION
We are looking to add a Pizza Chef to our staff! We make our dough in house and it is rolled and set to proof for 24 to 48 hours. Our pizza's are hand stretched and placed on a wood peel in the front of our open kitchen. Our Pizza Chefs then top the pizza and place them to bake in our 500 degree rotating stone oven.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous pizza-making experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work weekends

We are a fast paced family run pizzeria. Located in the heart of the I-Drive tourist area we are a full service casual restaurant. Our menu includes pizza, pasta, salads, appetizers and desserts.
Our customers enjoy an Arresting Taste of New York in every bite of NYPD Pizza.
