We are seeking an Orlondos Pizza Hiring FOH Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the FOH team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of hosts,bussers,servers,bartenders
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees 
  • Run the floor, coordinating with hosts,servers,and bar staff
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurant, customer service, or other related fields
