Job description

Adecco is seeking motivated Warehouse PIT Operators to join our team immediately at Ross Dress for Less in Buckeye, AZ. Partnering with one of our premier clients, Adecco offers rewarding opportunities to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art warehouse environment.

In this role, you will operate Cherry Pickers and Turret Trucks to efficiently load and unload shipments, move materials throughout the facility, and support warehouse operations. This position provides a fantastic chance for growth and development within a reputable organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Safely operate Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.

  • Assist in maintaining organized storage and inventory accuracy.

  • Support warehouse productivity by adhering to safety procedures and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts, Cherry Pickers, Turret Trucks, or electric pallet jacks.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull, as well as stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Experience working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

  • Flexibility to work different shifts with potential overtime.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, starting at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
