Job description

Join the team at Adecco, working with a leading client in Brookshire, TX, as a Warehouse PIT Operator II specializing in powered industrial lift truck operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic warehouse environment while advancing your career in logistics and supply chain management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks, including forklifts and order pickers, to efficiently move, lift, stack, and organize products and materials. 

  • Utilize handheld scanners with precision to ensure accurate inventory management. 

  • Load and unload trailers, assisting in inbound and outbound logistics processes. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following program standards. 

  • Adhere to company quality policies and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence. 

  • Work effectively in a temperature-controlled environment, which may be hot or cold, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. 

  • Perform inbound receiving tasks with attention to detail and safety. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. 

  • 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck Lift 

  • Certified and trained in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks. 

  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly and move materials on wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbs. 

  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, twist, bend, and lift continuously. 

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Valid driver’s license preferred. 

  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including mandatory overtime and weekend shifts.

Schedule Options:

Pay Details: $23.50 to $24.00 per hour
