Objetivo del puesto

Bajo la direccion general, el tecnico de pisos de limpieza sera responsable de la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la restauracion de todos los pisos alfombrados y de superficie dura en toda la instalacion. Este rol requiere experiencia en el uso de equipos especializados para el cuidado de pisos, la aplicacion de las mejores practicas de la industria y la garantia de un entorno limpio y seguro.

Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales
  • Brindar un servicio de alta calidad y profesionalismo, manteniendo los estandares y la integridad del Departamento de Servicios Ambientales.
  • Limpie, mantenga y cuide una variedad de tipos de pisos, incluidos azulejos, alfombras y ladrillos.
  • Completa las tareas asignadas de manera eficiente y a tiempo.
  • Siga los procedimientos establecidos para el uso correcto de productos quimicos y suministros de limpieza.
  • Operar, mantener y cuidar el equipo de limpieza de pisos de manera segura y adecuada.
  • Observe constantemente los protocolos de seguridad, incluido el uso de letreros de "piso mojado" y otras precauciones.
