Job description

We are a large growing Design Build Mechanical Contractor in Florida that works on many of Florida's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Florida's best and brightest Piping Detailer's in the near future.

Responsibilities: Identify and resolve issues. Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. Work closely with and coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Design Consultants, Field Personnel, Estimators, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.

Manage, generate, develop, review, and logging: RFI's, submittal's, Contract documents, local code requirements, and construction drawings. Skills & Requirements Local Stable work history. 2+ years HVAC and Plumbing Strong knowledge in: State and Local HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Audodesk Fabrication Suite preferred.
