Job description

Ric-Man Construction Florida is looking for a local South Florida Versatile Foreman/ Crane Operator for Immediate Hire. Capable of operating a Manitowoc 110 crawler crane and a 65-ton and 100-ton RT crane, a telescoping boom crane as well as other Heavy Equipment if needed to assist our Heavy Civil Construction Firm.

Qualifications

Must have current NCCCO Certification for a crawler crane, rough terrain, and telescoping boom crane

Minimum 5 years lifting experience

Experience in Pile and Sheet Driving

Experience with cofferdams a Plus

Heavy Equipment operation a Plus including Excavator, Dozer, Skid Steer

Possesses a strong Work Ethic

Must have an impeccable safety record, conducts daily safety meeting

OSHA 30 preferred

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Bi-lingual a plus

Responsibilities

The primary function is to operate a Crane at the site, plan and execute lifts, keep production records via HCSS Heavy Jobs Software preferred. Effectively communicate with the team and supervise a 3-to-4-man Crew, Read Blueprints, Shoot Grade, Set layout. Plan and execute Lifts, Keep adequate documentation Daily. 75% will be managing pipe laying crews and 25% will be executing lifts in various crane types and sites.
