Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced, skilled pipefitters to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for planning and installing all piping systems for our construction project/sites as assigned. You should have ample experience in welding, joining, and installing a variety of piping systems, as well as installing manual and electric safety valves.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Configure pipe systems blueprint and plan piping systems layouts.
  • Ensure all steam, water, chemicals, or other liquids are turned off before working on the piping system.
  • Precisely cut, bend, and weld metals such as carbon and stainless steel.
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from pipes as needed.
  • Install piping or tubing segments securely with welding or other equipment.
  • Thread, weld, solder piping together.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • Three years' experience as a pipefitter or pipe-fitter apprenticeship preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeship required.
  • Must meet all state license requirements.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  • Initiative-taking with the drive to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to work as a team and solve problems.

Preferred:
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations regarding piping systems.
  • OSHA 10
