Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in the Maryville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience plus $150/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Pipefitter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  • Install, fit & assemble carbon, steel, stainless steel, and PVC piping systems
  • Read & interpret blueprints, iso drawings, and piping schematics
  • Measure, cut, thread, groove, and bevel pipe to specification
  • Install valves, hangers, supports, and mechanical equipment connections
  • Perform hydro testing and system checks

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4 years of pipefitting experience
  • Strong experience with industrial and commercial piping systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and work independently
  • Experience with threading machines, pipe cutters, and fitting tools
  • Rigging experience is a plus
  • Basic pipefitter tools
  • Osha 10 is preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
