Process Solutions SuperintendentDallas, TX

A growing employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Process Solutions Superintendent to support highly specialized projects within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, clean room, and high-purity process piping environments.

This opportunity is ideal for a superintendent who came up through the pipe trades and has extensive experience managing complex process piping installations, coordinating field operations, and leading crews on technically demanding projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead field operations for process piping and high-purity piping projects.
  • Manage manpower, foremen, subcontractors, schedules, and daily field activities.
  • Coordinate project execution to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, fabrication, and client teams.
  • Oversee installation activities within clean room, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and industrial environments.
  • Drive project performance while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Background as a Pipefitter, Process Pipefitter, or Process Piping Foreman.
  • Superintendent experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of process piping systems, high-purity piping, clean room environments, or similar specialty systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, schedules, and field execution.
  • Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
