Job Summary: 
We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment. 

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must! Must have transportation and own maintenance tools. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Perform routine maintenance.
  • Must be able to follow work order, perform maintenance duties, take final pictures and report to the office when needed. 
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used for the job
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders 
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
