  • Proficient in pulling measurements and making takeoffs
  • Draw and interpretisometric drawings
  • Cut and thread pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipethreadersand benders
  • Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications
  • Inspect, examine, and test installed systems andpipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods
  • Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints
  • Assistswith other welders and fitters as needed on job sites
  • Cleans up jobsites after completion

What You Need to Succeed

  • Trade school and/or 2+ yearsof drawing isometric drawings
  • Ability to travel100% of the time.
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • OSHA 10, preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
