As a Plumbing Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the plumbing systems across our properties. What You'll Do:
  • Elevate Installation and Inspections: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipes, fittings, water heaters, and drainage systems. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Elevate Documentation and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities. Monitor and manage plumbing supplies and equipment, ensuring tools and materials are available as needed.
  • Elevate Emergency Responses and Customer Service: Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, diagnosing and repairing issues to minimize disruption to tenants. Interact with tenants and the property management team professionally, addressing concerns and providing information on plumbing-related matters.
