Job description

Overview

The BCYF Martin Pino Community Center has been serving the East Boston community for 44 years. We support children, youth, individuals, and families through a wide range of programs and services. We offer numerous programs and events for all ages. Some of our programs include basketball, soccer, volleyball, wiffleball, cornhole, paint night, senior programs, and summer and after-school programs, among others.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide Assistance: Support all program staff and participants in daily activities and needs. - Oversee Staff Tasks: Assist with the set-up and take-down of equipment and supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of the program. - Help Implement Programs: Actively participate in the execution of assigned programs, ensuring they run efficiently. - Facility Care and Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility used by program participants
