Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in FL/GA, for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and field service tasks on medical imaging equipment, primarily MRI and CT systems. The position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate closely with clients to deliver timely and effective support.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Field Service, including the installation, repair, and calibration of imaging equipment
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively
  • Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
  • Relevant knowledge of GE, Philips, and Siemens MRI/CT systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Stuart, FL, and travel to client locations as needed
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred
