Overview

Group 1 College Park Hyundai, is expanding our team and looking for Automotive Service Advisors to join us. Our ideal Service Advisor is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives on building relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers throughout the day, providing clear communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
  • Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
  • Positive & Friendly Attitude
  • Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to achieve targeted goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $60'000-$110'000 /year.
