• Conduct ethical, empathetic, and client-centered individual mental health counseling sessions primarily through video chat platforms.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to address various mental health issues, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at supporting clients’ personal growth and mental wellness.
• Facilitate the exploration of clients’ insights regarding their circumstances, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting strategies as necessary to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

You will be primarily working with stable, low-acuity adults who seek assistance for a range of mental health concerns. Our aim is to empower these individuals by providing them with the skills necessary to cope with and improve their everyday lives. By utilizing evidence-based practices and holistic client assessments, you will have a direct impact on their psychological resilience and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Psychologist
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a sympathetic nature.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with video conferencing technology.
• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with audio and video capabilities.

While not mandatory, experience in private practice settings or community health environments, particularly in offering services via telehealth, may be advantageous. Familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a background in working with diverse populations, can enhance your role within our team.
