Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve performance targets set by the Department Lead
  • Provide timely, professional service to clients via phone and email
  • Manage renewals from start to finish, including review, recommendations, and remarkets when needed
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, new business, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in TAM and insurer/company portals
  • Prepare and issue renewal documentation once updates are completed
  • Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities where appropriate
  • Prepare new business packages for signatures and processing
  • Address payment and billing issues in a timely manner
  • Complete underwriting requests and gather required supporting information
  • Manage reports including MVR, Autoplus, and HITS
  • Assist the team as needed, including issuing pink slips and handling miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications & Experience
  • Active RIBO licence in good standing
  • 4 years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first service mindset
  • Confident managing client relationships and renewals independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player with a positive, solution-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in Outlook, Word, and EPIC (would be an asset)
