About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our professional team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working at heights, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform exterior window cleaning on high‑rise buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair methods
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Inspect, maintain, and prepare cleaning equipment and rigging gear
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and building management
  • Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction
  • Maintain awareness of weather conditions and job site hazards
Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of high-rise window cleaning experience
  • Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems
  • Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest) — preferred but not always required
