Job Summary:
As a Game Technician, you'll help ensure every guest has a great experience by keeping our games and attractions operating properly.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair arcade games, simulators, and bowling equipment
- Respond to game floor service calls
- Performpreventative maintenance on arcade machines
- Perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines
- Maintain appearance and functionality of machines during operating hours
- Stock and maintain prize redemption and instant win games
- Complete weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists
- Assist with technician projects assigned by the Technical Manager
- Keep the workshop organized and safe
- Identify potential equipment issues and report them proactively
