Job description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Product Portfolio Coordinator to support the execution and maintenance of product portfolio activities. This role works closely with the Product Portfolio team and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate product data, smooth product launches, and consistent execution of pricing, cataloging, and supplier coordination.


What You’ll Do

  • Execute new product setup, ensuring complete and accurate product data
  • Maintain and update product information, including item changes and lifecycle updates
  • Support forecasting efforts by compiling historical data and vendor inputs
  • Assist in pricing execution, competitive analysis, and margin support
  • Implement pricing updates across systems and channels
  • Support promotions and product alignment with campaign timelines
  • Coordinate product content and media assets for catalogs and digital platforms
  • Manage rep sample requests and tracking
  • Assist with cataloging processes, including product categorization and validation
  • Support new supplier setup and maintain organized documentation
  • Review and validate product data across systems for accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and marketing teams on product initiatives
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution


What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in product coordination, merchandising, data management, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools
  • Experience with ERP or PIM systems (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
