Job description

Bring early ideas to life as a Business Operations Contractor supporting fast-moving pilots and field tests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans into action, coordinating details across multiple workstreams, and capturing insights that help teams decide what to scale next.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pilot logistics, including scheduling, partner sourcing, locations, and other operational details needed to launch tests successfully.
  • Support hands-on fieldwork by showing up on-site when needed to help execute live experiments and gather real-world feedback.
  • Track timelines, open items, and task ownership across several projects to keep work moving and identify blockers early.
  • Document customer conversations, observations, and pilot outcomes in a clear and organized way to support decision-making.
  • Help recruit and engage participants for market tests and conduct outreach conversations to better understand needs and pain points.
  • Assist with vetting external partners and support on-site training or readiness activities for field-based programs.
Skills
  • Experience in business operations, program coordination, project support, or a similar role.
